Dehydrated, it has an intense flavor and a very nice texture. It is recommended to enrich pasta dishes, risottos, stews, omelets, or scrambled eggs, pies, pastries and to accompany dishes of meat or vegetables. It is very nutritious, rich in proteins, and essential nutrients such as amino acids, calcium, iron, potassium, phosphorus and vitamins A, B, C and D.
Moisturize the product in warm water for 15 to 20 minutes; after moisturizing cooking as a fresh mushroom. The hydration water can be used to enhance the mushroom flavor in any sauce or to cook rice and pasta.”
