The Salpicão is one of the products of excellence produced by Bísaro. It is made from Bísaro pig, a breed with unique characteristics, fed on a selected diet. The food is traditional, with chestnut and cereals (barley, corn, wheat and rye). Cured for 6 months and made up exclusively of cuts of loin. Due to its cure, it should be eaten raw. 100% natural food! It is distinguished by the unmistakable flavor and fine texture of the intramuscular fat that makes it marbled, soft and juicy.
