Natural Wine Vinegar (Moura Alves)
This rare and precious Moura Alves vinegar is considered by many the best Portuguese vinegar (and possibly of the world). It is intense, fresh and aromatic, perfect for fish and salads. Rui Moura Alves, a wine expert from Bairrada, is passionate about vinegar and has dedicated the last 20 years to investigate the most accurate art of turning wine into acetic acid, that is, vinegar. Produced from selected wines from the region of Bairrada, its acidification is done in an entirely natural way, aging in oak barrels for 10 years, permanently and closely watched, with an acidity of 10 degrees. Limited production of 1500 bottles per year.
Among others, this vinegar enhances the salads well as it also looks and taste great on a cabidela rice.
