Port Wine Eirados Harvest 2011 375ml
Grapes harvested by hand, grapes from the Douro region recommended for Port Wine, Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Tinta Amarela, Tinto Cão, Red Mourisco.
Fermentation was carried out in granite presses with a capacity of 5000 kg. The grapes fermented for 5 days. The fermentation temperature was between 22 to 25 ºC. Fermentation was interrupted with the addition of brandy with 77% alc.
Minimum 7 years in 550 liter barrels.

Very structured, with a long finish, due to the great potential of the grapes used in its production and the excellence of the barrels in which it aged.
There is no need for harmonisation / pairing.
