Adelaide Red Quinta do Vallado 2008

It is a wine dedicated to Dona Antónia Adelaide Ferreira, ancestor of the current owners of Quinta do Vallado. Made from grapes from a century-old vineyard, made up of more than 40 different grape varieties. It is not produced every year, but only when there are conditions to ensure its very high quality. It ages in new French Allier oak barrels, where it remains for 20 months. This wine is born with elegance and character and evolves without losing them.
