An Envelope that freezes time and takes us on a journey, awakening extraordinary aromas of a true nectar from the Dão region in each of us, signed by winemaker Carlos Lucas, Ribeiro Santo. The Envelope White and Red wines have a minimalist design with creative details that reflect the brand’s identity, representing a personalized seal with the Ribeiro Santo iconography.

Tasting Notes Red (2016): Very fresh, mineral aroma with wild berries, spices, and reductive notes. On the palate, it is fresh, with pronounced acidity, very polished tannins, and a long, deep, and delicate finish. Aged for 12 months in 300-liter French oak barrels, followed by an additional 8 months in the bottle before being released to the market.

Tasting Notes White (2017): Delicate aroma with notes of white fruit, aromatic herbs, and a mineral profile. On the palate, it shows complexity and freshness, with refreshing minerality and citric acidity. Winemaker Carlos Lucas, fermented in 300-liter barrels and aged there, with bâtonnage, for 6 months. After bottling, the wine was kept in the cellar for another 6 months.
