Selected grapes from old vines (+ 70 years) harvested by hand. Malolactic fermentation in new and used French oak barrels (Nevers and Vosges, medium toast) followed by an aging period of 22 months, 1 year of minimum aging in bottle. An unusual name for unique wines! 3550 bottles produced. Unique character, true to its terroir!
