Selected grapes from pinot noir variety. Malolactic fermentation in new and used French oak barrels (Nevers and Vosges, medium toast) followed by an aging period of 22 months, many years of minimum aging in bottle. An unusual name for unique wines! 1850 bottles produced. Unique character, true to its terroir!
