Noble & Murat Vintage 2017 Port Wine
Grape varieties: very old vines with mixed varieties, originating from six plots located in the sub-region of Cima Corgo. Noble & Murat is one of the historic Port Wine houses, with roots that date back to the 18th century. The first reference and description of the production process of a Late Bottled Vintage belongs to one of the partners of this firm. In 2012, two descendants of renowned Douro farmers’ families, who produced some of the reference wines of the Port Wine sector during the last centuries, decided to revive this brand, trying to put in each bottle all the knowledge and tradition accumulated over generations. Stage: In small vats and stainless steel vats for 2 years. 2,000 bottles were bottled. Lying down in a cool, dry place away from light. It has a good aging potential, subject to creating deposits over time.

The fruity and floral notes of this Vintage are once again evident in the mouth, where menthol notes also appear. This wine combines an imposing structure with a remarkable aromatic exuberance. It has enormous potential for aging.
Excellent accompaniment to desserts based on chocolate and cheese. Or simply enjoyed it alone, without pairing.
This Vintage presents an exuberant aroma, with an evident floral dimension and some secondary aromas that overlap the black fruit.
