“The region chosen was Dão, a region for which we have a common admiration that was born in tasting older wines, from the 60s and 70s that surprise us for their elegance and freshness. The identity and complexity of these wines is indeed remarkable and they serve as an element of inspiration to create our MOBs, white or red.” This project was born out of the desire of three winemakers, Jorge Moreira, Francisco Olazabal and Jorge Serôdio Borges, to make a wine together.
