Old Vines Red 2010 D’Eça (Douro)
Vinification was carried out in stainless steel and granite mills, with controlled temperature, and the wine masses were subjected to a pre-fermentative maceration. Malolactic fermentation has already been carried out in new barrels with 2 and 3 years of French and American oak, where the aging process continued for a period of 9 months. Garnet color, aroma of ripe red fruits, spices, and smoky and coffee nuances from well integrated new wood. In the mouth, the mouth is soft, elegant, with a full correspondence to the aromas. Good acidity and a persistent aftertaste. Bottles produced: 4,360 bottles.
