An incredibly elegant and sophisticated wine. The ex aequo 2007 is the result of a partnership between José Bento dos Santos, from Quinta do Monte d’Oiro with Michel Chapoutier. Made with 75% of the Syrah grape and 25% Touriga Nacional. Aged in oak barrels between 20 and 24 months. Combines complex aromas, shows sobriety, with smoked notes, minerality. Good structure in the mouth, but with a refined breed, remarkable freshness to promote breadth and aromatic complexity [Organic production methods].
