Excellent appetizer. Accompanies salads, fish and seafood, pasta and risottos, white meats, pizzas and diverse oriental cuisine. It should be served at a temperature between 8º and 10º C. To be consumed immediately, or until the next years. Aging: at the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the wine aged for 6 months in stainless steel vats.
