Casa Agr\u00edcola Hor\u00e1cio Sim\u00f5es knew at a good time to bet on this grape variety that was extinct in the region and produce this nectar.<\/p>\n<p>Distinctions: 17 pts in Revista de Vinhos; 17 pts in Vinho Grandes Escolhas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Winemaking<\/strong><br \/>\nThis Moscatel Roxo results of an intensive shared between the vineyard and the cellar. The vineyard was monitored and pampered all the time so that the income does not exceed 2500 liters \/ ha and the grapes reach the winery in health status and optimum ripeness. The final stage is performed in barrels of 225 liter French oak (used 2-3 wines), where is the focus.
