Herbaceous on the nose with hints of fennel, not overly sweet\/medicinal. Minty, fresh aniseed notes through the middle well rounded out by the sweetness, some residual sugar on the palate, but with good length of flavors. This liqueur demonstrates a good level of restraint and control in production.<\/p>\n
A most appealing liquorice, mint and caramel nose; on the palate there are ‘meatier’ notes of thyme or sarriette.\u00a0 It’s sweet – but that helps carry the duskier herbs, and will appeal to lovers of herbal liqueurs.<\/p>\n
