This wine is bottled without being filtered, after four years of aging in wood. On the nose, a wealth of aromas of blackberries with resinous touches. Seductive and complex in the mouth, with notes of wild blackberries and dark chocolate. It must be decanted before serving. Delicious on its own after meals but perfectly accompanies chocolates, sweets and cheeses like Brie or Camembert.
