The sausage has been an important piece of the Montalegre tradition (for more than two thousand years). Fumeiros de Barroso maintains this ancient tradition. This salpicão has been produced through artisanal processes, using meats of the highest quality. This is a slow process of maturation, in which only natural seasonings, and no additives, are used. Smoking these products, using age-old oaks from the Serra do Larouco gives them their unique scent taste, which simply makes them stand apart.
Ingredients: pork loin, water, salt, garlic, spicy paprika, pepper. Healing in oak wood.
