Wild Mushrooms Mix (Terrius – Alentejo)
Mixture of wild mushrooms (lactarius deliciosus, tricoloma potentosus, tricoloma terrum, chanterelle cibarius, boletus luteos) in chunks and pickled brine can be used with any type of meat, pasta, rice, fish dishes, vegetables, scrambled eggs or omelets, and all kinds of salads.
Suggestion: Pass the mushrooms over the olive oil or sauté before preparing to make them tender and more pleasant. Product without dyes or preservatives. Sterilized after packaging.
