Light filtration, manual plotting by plotting, allowing the right grapes to be harvested at the right time. Transport in small boxes. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Bright and citrus color. Intensely fresh with subtle mineral character. Notes of citrus fruits and field flowers. Dry and elegant, well balanced acidity and fruity, but with a strength typical of the sunny region of the “Douro Verde” (the southernmost part of the Vinho Verde region, where the vineyards also benefit from the warmer climate of the Douro River).
