Dehydrated, with a very pleasant flavor, which after drying improves and becomes a little more active. Fine texture, its characteristic flavor is mild, and its odor slightly sweet and fragrant. Recommended to enrich pasta dishes, risottos, stews, omelets or scrambled eggs, pies and pastries, and to accompany meat dishes or vegetables.

Moisturize the product in warm water for 15 to 20 minutes; after moisturizing cooking as a fresh mushroom. The hydration water can be used to enhance the mushroom flavor in any sauce or to bake rice or pasta.
