This wine has a strong personality, with a significant aroma of spring flowers. It has a very fresh bouquet with apricot, peach, figs and honey that expands in the mouth from an infinity of fragrances, seduced by its freshness. The grapes were picked bunch by bunch, completely peeled and crushed without any issues. After adequate maceration, fermentation took place in stainless steel vats followed by French oak barrels [Organic production methods].
