Singular White 2018 Vegan & BIO

Singular is a Vinho Verde, produced mainly with grapes from Vinhas Velhas in organic production mode and selected exclusively by the winemaker. When making the final blend, special care was taken in combining the different varieties, in order to achieve a perfect balance between them, thus ensuring that none is striking. It is complex, full-bodied and with a pleasant and long finish. This wine will evolve well over the next 5 to 7 years. The non-use of any type of animal derivative in the winemaking process makes this wine suitable for vegan consumers as well.
