Tasting Notes: This is a beer with a creamy foam, soft bitterness, and aromas of cloves and bananas. In keeping with tradition, it is unfiltered; therefore, part of the yeast remains inside the bottle, giving a cloudy appearance when serving. Store advice:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light. Best served at a temperature between 4ºC-7ºC. The perfect way to serve: the smooth and refreshing taste harmonizes perfectly with Thai and German food, as well as salads, goat cheese, and spicy dishes, such as those of Mexican cuisine, which also go very well with this beer.
