With a very dark brown color and a creamy foam, this beer has intense roasted flavors with notes of coffee, cocoa, and caramel. Grains: Barley Malts; Yeast: American Ale; Hops: Warrior, Simcoe, Waimea, Willamette. ABV: 7.5 – 10.5%; IBU: 86.1. Storage Advice: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light. Best served at a temperature between 4ºC-7ºC. The perfect way to serve: Pairs with cheddar and blue cheese, roast kid, smoked meat, and hamburgers. As for desserts, we recommend carrot cake or dark chocolate truffles with fleur de sel.
