It aged in French oak barrels for 9 months. Wine not filtered or stabilized by the cold so that all its elements are respected. Similar wines cost 45% more (Vivino). It is a versatile wine in its gastronomic aspect, however it is ideal for grills, meats and especially white meats, stews and light cheeses.
