Santiago in Ânfora do Rocim Alvarinho results from a partnership between Herdade do Rocim and Quinta de Santiago, producer in the Monção and Melgaço Region. A different interpretation of an Alvarinho de Monção and Melgaço, resulting from the knowledge of Quinta de Santiago on grape and terroir and Herdade do Rocim on the winemaking process in Ânfora.
