A very fresh late harvest with great aging potential. The aging takes place in new French oak barrels for 6 months. Accompanies several starters (pâtés and foie gras), also harmonizing very well with some sweet desserts. Clean, bright light golden color. Delicate aroma with notes of honey and orange in combination with nuances of vanilla and toasted aromas from the barrel aging. In the mouth it stands out for its voluminous freshness with less evident sweetness and a prolonged aftertaste and persistent acidity.
