Galapito O Abafado (Liqueur Wine)
Abafado: the traditional smothered is a wine in which fermentation was stopped by adding brandy or wine alcohol, thus maintaining a sweet taste. This is, therefore, a liqueur wine from the Tagus region, produced from its exceptional white grape varieties. It is aged in a stage of noble woods, for several years. The bottling is done according to traditional methods that preserve all the flavor and freshness. Tasting notes: ginger, cinnamon, sandalwood, banana and tangerine on the palate, with a long and smooth finish.
