Dehydrated Boletus Mushrooms (Terrius)
Dehydrated, they are very easily recognized and used in gastronomy, especially after dry, due to its pleasant aroma. When fresh, it presents soft texture, sweet aroma and similar flavor to hazelnut and walnut. Recommended to enrich pasta dishes, risottos, stews, to accompany dishes of meat or vegetables and still in miolada, scrambled eggs and pies. Moisturize the product in warm water for 15 to 20 minutes. After moisturizing cook as a fresh mushroom.
