“Mel do Parque” is a honey from a mountain area, multifloral, and it is produced in the area of the counties of Bragança and Vinhais. Of organic production it is balanced between sweet, bitter and salty. Its profile is one of complex aromas, with floral expressions, fruity and accompanied by dry woods.
