Peppered Sheep Cheese Quinta da Veiguinha

Cured semi-soft cheese, white or slightly yellow, well bonded, unctuous and uniform (without or with very few eyes), resulting from the slow draining of the curd, after the coagulation of pasteurized sheep’s milk. It takes in the skin a paste of olive oil and pepper.
