30 Months Grand Reserve Ham Bísaro Tradicional
The Bísaro breed is one of the specialties produced by Bísaro, in the North of Portugal – Bragança. Of Celtic origin, the pig is freely raised in the field in a 100% natural way. The food is traditional, with chestnut and cereals (barley, corn, wheat and rye). It is distinguished by the unmistakable flavor and fine texture of the intramuscular fat that makes it marbled, soft and juicy.
With a rigorous process, a selection of hams with a 30-month cure is presented.
