Sausage produced with the “syrup” of the most noble game meat. Boar, wild rabbit, Duck, partridge, hare, among others, make up the refind and unique taste of this alheira. It brings about the flavor of garlic and the smoke. Product to be cooked at > 70 ºC (minimum 10 minutes). Storage must comply with the temperatures on the packaging.
