Winemaking
This Moscatel Roxo results of an intensive shared between the vineyard and the cellar. The vineyard was monitored and pampered all the time so that the income does not exceed 2500 liters / ha and the grapes reach the winery in health status and optimum ripeness. The final stage is performed in barrels of 225 liter French oak (used 2-3 wines), where is the focus. For this wine were selected the best barrels.
