Natural Salt Flower 150gr Salmarim Algarve

It consists of tender crystals that dissolve between the fingers that form under the joint action of water, sun and wind during the summer. Thus, they maintain all the minerals that the Atlantic Ocean has to offer, resulting in a salt flower of excellence, chosen by the most demanding of chefs. It is harvested using artisanal techniques in the salt pans of the Sapal de Castro Marim Nature Reserve, in the Algarve.
