Cottas Fine Ruby Port

Ruby Port is a mixture of young and fresh Ports from different harvests, aged without contact with oxygen. The grapes are totally destemmed, followed by a slow fermentation with temperature control up to 28ºC. The wine was subjected to gentle filtration. Cottas Porto Ruby consists of a perfect combination of new port wines matured in oak barrels, maintaining the young and fruity character of the port. Ready to be served. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif or accompany desserts and cheeses.
