Quinta de Arcossó Bago a Bago Red 2017

After the alcoholic fermentation was carried out, the tops were placed in each of the barrels and the wine returned to 3 of the barrels and the malolactic fermentation was carried out there and the wine aged for 22 months. It is a wine that did not use any mechanical process during its winemaking and aging process. The resulting 2600 bottles were bottled in July 2019 and remained in the cellar stage for 5 months. It is a wine that has not been pasted or filtered.
