Herbaceous on the nose with hints of fennel, not overly sweet/medicinal. Minty, fresh aniseed notes through the middle well rounded out by the sweetness, some residual sugar on the palate, but with good length of flavors. This liqueur demonstrates a good level of restraint and control in production.
A most appealing liquorice, mint and caramel nose; on the palate there are ‘meatier’ notes of thyme or sarriette. It’s sweet – but that helps carry the duskier herbs, and will appeal to lovers of herbal liqueurs.

Excellent for drinking very fresh, with ice or in cocktails; much appreciated as ingredients for making desserts or giving a special touch to mohos and dishes.
