Campolargo Cercial White Bairrada

Limited production of 1880 bottles. Made exclusively with Cercial grapes, a difficult variety, out of fashion, vintage, but that appeals to everyone. It is full of personality and fruity minerals. Very good acidity and volume in the mouth give the wine excellent gastronomic apidude (ideal to accompany salads, fish dishes or white meats). The winemaking included fermentation in French oak barrels of long use.
