Quinta de Cottas Reserve White 2016

Pale citrus color, with a great aromatic delicacy dominated by minerality and with very well integrated wood. In the mouth it shows an excellent volume, great freshness and with a very long finish. An original white wine, with delicate acidity and great balance. It passes through French oak barrels where the alcoholic fermentation ends and where there is a period of “battonnage” of about 7 months on total lees.
