Wine with medium body, which can be enjoyed now, but with good aging potential in the bottle. Moderate wood, aromas of citrus and mineral touches, voluminous, with vibrant acidity. Long and persistent aftertaste. Vineyards from altitudes between 700 and 800 meters, with dry continental climate and granite soil, which brings freshness, mineral character and longevity to the wines. Pre-fermentation maceration, fermentation in used barrels and battonage.
