Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked and de-stemmed, then submitted to a gentle pressing. After cold defecation, the must is inoculated with selected yeasts, and alcoholic fermentation takes place for 15 to 20 days at a temperature of 14-16ºC. The 2nd fermentation takes place by the classic method, in a cellar at a controlled temperature of 14ºC, where it remains in a stage for at least 12 months.
Fine and persistent blister. Balanced and elegant mouth, refreshing acidity, enveloping, with a long and harmonious finish.
Accompanies all types of starters, sweets and red and tropical fruit.
Fruity, with sweet notes of red fruit jam and stone fruit.
