Stage of a very small% of the blend in new French oak barrels. Good as an aperitif or with salads, fish and seafood. Damask salmon color, clear and bright. Aroma of red fruits with a very subtle background, some citrus notes, slight vegetable note. In the mouth, it maintains this profile, with lots of volume, breathtaking freshness and well-marked final acidity and dryness, with virtually no suggestion of sweetness.
