This Special Edition 2016 is a late harvest obtained from the ginjal “A Matinha”, aged for approximately two years in used barrels of fortified wines. Fruity with small notes of macerated red fruits and a touch of rounded chocolate, it has a long, deep finish. It is well pair with strong cheeses or convent sweets, for example, at the end of the meal and should be served in a balloon-style glass at a temperature of 18ºC, and should breathe approximately 10 minutes before serving.
