Author’s farm wine, produced from a single plot of Quinta do Vilar, in the Baixo Corgo sub-region, where organic viticulture is practiced. Ethical wine, which aims to awaken in the consumer the importance of choices that are friendly to nature and the environment. Niche production, with 600 units available only in specialty stores. The vineyard with more than 40 years of age and a diversity of more than 30 native grape varieties. Aged in wood for 4 months, in addition to resting in bottle for more than 2 years now.
