Copper-brown in color, it is a complex craft beer with a sweet touch of malt. Fruity esters, strongly intense. Smooth in alcohol content (but present), slightly spicy (but balanced out by the sweetness of the malt). Owing to its low levels of bitterness, it is a premium beer that reminds one of a dessert. It goes well with roasted meats, filet mignon, strong cheeses, desserts with black chocolate bases or crème brûleé.
