Very dark brown and creamy foam, this craft beer has intense roasted flavors and notes of coffee, cocoa and caramel. Despite the high bitterness, it is well balanced by the sweetness of the used malt as well as by the high alcohol content. This premium beer harmonizes with cheddar and blue cheeses, smoked meat and hamburguers. In the case of desserts, it is advised with carrot cake or truffles of dark chocolate with salt flower.
