Vinification with 6 months in French oak barrels and made from Encruzado. This wine has a defined citrus color with greenish tones. Intense aroma of citrus notes, linden, lemon balm, light hazelnut and tropical nuances. In the mouth it is fruity, elegant, harmonious and notorious final freshness that gives it good gastronomic aptitude. Oven-baked fish, roasted or grilled white meats, grilled red meats, different meats and soft cheeses. Ready to drink now, it will evolve well in the bottle for 3 years or more after the harvest date.
