Selected grapes from old vines (+ 70 years) harvested by hand. Slow fermentation (6 months) in used barrels at controlled temperature, followed by 20 months aging under fine lees. The result is a seductive wine, complex, mysterious and of great gastronomic versatility, providing moments of great pleasure. An unusual name for unique wines! 2,220 bottles produced. Among top 5% of all wines in the world (Vivino).
