Superior Moscatel de Setúbal 1998 JMS

Moscatel wine produced in the Setúbal region by the winemaker José Saramago. It presents a topaz color, with an aroma of orange peel, honey and dried fruits. The flavor is unctuous, balanced with good acidity. It should be served as an aperitif at about 10 degrees to accompany regional sweets. The bottles should be stored lying down at an ambient temperature of 13 degrees and a humidity of 60%.

Made from the variety that gives it its name, António Saramago put all his experience and wisdom acquired over the years into this wine. Slight fermentation with the addition of wine spirit and maceration for about 6 months. Stage in French limousin oak.
